ITIL ® V3 Qualifications Scheme offers a credit system that allows for maximizes flexibility. Each V3 certification has been assigned a numerical credit value. Credit values across all levels can be accumulated to achieve the required minimum twenty two (22) credits in order to achieve the ITIL ® Expert level certification. Once the ITIL® Expert Level is achieved, candidates can pursue the ITIL ® Master Level certification, which is currently in development.

Prerequisite

Candidates with no prior ITIL® certifications wishing to take ITIL® V3 examinations must satisfy the following requirements:
